Once you site has been written and hosted by me, there is going to be an ongoing charge for maintenance.  There is basic hosting charge, see that section.

 The maintenance can be bought for a period of 6 months or a year.  If you want a change made, just email me, or phone me and I will quickly make that change.  It is to be used for adding new banner links, text changes and changes to the galleries. 

There is an option to purchase time by the hour as well.  You can buy a couple of hours, and I will use that time until it finished.

If you run a CMS system, then you probably will not need a maintenance contract.
